Nov. 22

I had a rally long week full of un planned things like changing houses, running aroud the city getting everything ready for missionaries that got here last tuesday. Its been really hard. For me, I like to teach the gospel and thats it. It is so much better than focusing on other things. I have really come to the conclusion that I rather be a missionary for a job than any other work. Its so much more rewarding, hard at times, but you get a feeling of peace and closeness to the Lord like we should always have...right?

Never in my life have I been so close to the lord....sad I know, but i am going to change that. Life is about progress and what we do with it, and how much of it we dedicate to the Lord.

This last week, honestly, everything that we had planned, fell through. But instead of giving up, my companion and I hung in there and like always we were blessed with recibing a reference. We taught her on saturday and she accepted to be baptized on 4 of dec. This week we will go back to teach her family. I pray that they will be prepared to hear this message. Also, the same day we had another person yell to us from inside her house to stop us....she contacted us and also wants to go to our church! It was awesome to see that maybe everything what we wanted fell through but as the Lord always keeps his promise, this last week on the last day when we least expected it, the blessings come out of nowhere and were so obvious..

I love being a witness in this great work and knowing that I have the Lord on my side as a represenitive of Jesus Christ the son of God.

I love this work and as more than one of the prophets have said...that everything that i have gone through, if only one soul were saved, o how great will be my joy..

I have a family that i converted in tuxtla gutierrez that are preparing to enter the temple in a few months to be sealed... this is only one of my great joys.

Have a fantastic week of food that I would die for.... but dont dont get sick... love elder schall
